We provide professional appliance repair services including, but not limited to, repair of refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, dishwashers, freezers, microwaves, wine coolers, and cooktops. The Site serves as an informational resource and a means for customers to request service.

3. Service Terms

A diagnostic fee of $99 applies to all service calls. This fee is waived if you proceed with the recommended repair. All repairs are backed by a 90-day warranty on parts and labor. Warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not extend to unrelated issues or pre-existing conditions.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, design, and software — is the property of WV Blue Ridge Appliance Repair LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

By submitting information through our contact form, you represent that:

6. Limitation of Liability

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, West Virginia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration in Ranson, West Virginia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
